HSCP staff have continued to respond magnificently in the last year to the demands and challenges you have faced, and this is the opportunity to nominate colleagues and teams who you think most deserve added recognition for their stand-out efforts, skills and commitment during this time.
Nominations are open until 13 December 2024, and there are three new categories to reflect the hard work and flexibility of our staff and teams. The categories are:
1. Team of the Year
2. Employee of the Year
3. Leader of the Year
4. Innovation of the Year
5. Volunteer of the Year
6. Going the extra mile **new**
7. Wellbeing Champion **new**
8. The Chief Officer Award **new**
You can submit nominations for the first seven, while our Chief Officer Julie Murray, will personally select the winner of the inaugural Chief Officer Award.
Please note, all HSCP nominations that were submitted to the Council staff awards will automatically be put forward to these awards.
The shortlist will be announced w/c 13 Januray 2025, and the winners will be announced on Thursday 13 February 2025. From these eight category winners, an overall winner will be selected by the judges, and this will be announced at the glitzy NHSGGC Celebrating Success event in May 2025.
