Health walks

Join one of our weekly walking groups.

Health walks take place across our communities. The weekly walking groups have proven extremely popular and have helped hundreds of people not only get regular exercise, but also socialise and meet other like-minded people. Beginner walks last around 30 minutes and advanced walks around 1 hour. 

Join in to enjoy the benefits of regular exercise and the opportunity to build lasting connections with others in our community.
