The vision of the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is to "work with the people of East Renfrewshire to improve lives" and you will be doing just that by working in our integrated health and social care services.

The HSCP is a partnership between the Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, delivering community health and social care as a single service including District Nursing, Care at Home, Social Work and Mental Health services.
