Find out how to make an insurance claim.

If you experience damage, loss or harm in relation to yourself or your belongings, you may wish to make a claim for compensation against us if you feel we're at fault. 

Claim types 

You can make a public liability claim against us for the following:

  • Damage to your vehicle due to a problem with our roads such as a pothole
  • Housing such as a burst pipe that's caused damage to your personal belongings
  • Personal injury

You can also claim for damage to your vehicle by a vehicle that's owned by us, otherwise known as a motor insurance claim.

Your claim will be logged with our insurer, who'll then deal with your claim directly.
