Our vision 2017 to 2022
We want to provide good quality and affordable housing opportunities within safe and attractive neighbourhoods.
Outcomes
The strategy plans to find suitable homes for people.
To do this we'll:
- build the right homes in the right place
- invest in the homes we already have
It also looks at how we can help people stay in their homes.
To do this we'll:
- give advice to people facing financial problems
- give help to keep homes in good repair
Strategic priorities
Our 4 priorities to achieve this are:
- to increase access to housing
- to build thriving, attractive and sustainable neighbourhoods
- to facilitate independent living
- to improve access and participation
