Re-opening of customer service centre
Barrhead customer service centre opens 26 April

The way we help our customers is changing. Anyone who can access council services online should do so, allowing us to continue to help the most vulnerable in our community over the phone and in person.
From Monday 26 April, our Barrhead Customer Service Centre located on Main Street, Barrhead will open:
- Customer Services - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 12.00pm, then 1.00pm-4.30pm
- Payment Centre - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 12.00pm, then 1.00pm-4.15pm
Social distancing measures will remain in place and customers should wear a face covering in the service centre.
Our Eastwood customer service centre will remain closed. If you are unable to access a service online, cannot travel to Barrhead or need further assistance, please call our customer service team on 0141 577 3001.
