What is Council Tax Online?
Council Tax Online offers you access to our most popular Council Tax services. Once you Sign up for MyEastRen, select 'View Council Tax Online':
- sign up to paperless Council Tax billing to view your bill online
- set up or amend a Direct Debit to pay your Council Tax
- apply for a single person discount
- apply for a student discount or exemption
- tell us you've moved in or out of a property
- tell us about a change in your household
- apply for a council tax discount or exemption
- update your contact details

I already have a MyAccount
Sign into MyEastRen then select Council Tax Online. Don't forget to register for paperless billing to enter the giveaway.
I don't have a MyAccount
To sign up for Council Tax Online, create a 'My Account' then go to Council Tax Online and register for paperless billing to enter the giveaway. Have your Council Tax account number ready, it's on your latest bill.
Where can I find my Council Tax account number?
Your Council Tax account number is on your latest bill. If you don't have it email ctax@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk confirming your name, address and how you pay your council tax. If you pay by Direct Debit confirm the last 4 digits of your account number. If you pay using another method confirm your payment date.
