We have 246 self-contained flats in:

• Newton Mearns

These are suitable for single individuals or couples.

We also have some open plan studio flats that will suit single individuals.

• Laundry facilities (except Kirk Glebe in Neilston)

Rent cost and service charges

• Average rental charge ranges from £75 per week to £120 per week (this includes heating cost to flats in 5 of the complexes)
• Housing Support Service charge ranges from £5.01 to £8.52 per week.
